Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform routine office duties, including greeting customers, accepting deposits, disbursing funds, and other transactions as requested.
- Maintain accurate and efficient transaction processing while managing risk in every interaction.
- Adhere to regulatory and bank policies, as well as bank security policies and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintain product knowledge to cross-sell bank products, answer customer inquiries, and inform customers of new services and promotions.
- Identify and resolve complex customer issues, adhering to Range Bank's policies and procedures.
