Range Bank is seeking a highly skilled Banking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will play a vital role in achieving customer satisfaction and ensuring the success of our financial institution.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced banking environment
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide expert advice on deposit products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions
  • Identify and resolve complex customer issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • One year customer service or cash-handling experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
