Position Overview

The role of a Client Support Associate encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Operating all necessary equipment efficiently.
2. Managing inventory by receiving, organizing, and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
3. Preparing food items according to established standards.
4. Handling and processing customer orders received via telephone and online platforms.
5. Conducting inventory counts and completing required documentation.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and the facility.

Physical Requirements

The position requires the ability to:
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, and push items as needed.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- Bend, crouch, and reach as necessary.
- Work in varying temperature conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Training and Development

New hires will undergo comprehensive training that includes:
- Customer service orientation.
- Interactive computer program training.
- Hands-on practice to develop necessary skills.

Customer Service Skills

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members in person and over the phone.
