Modern Remodeling, Inc. is a premier contractor specializing in insurance restoration, boasting over three decades of industry experience. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to become integral members of our Storm Restoration division. In this role, you will focus on cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and successfully closing sales agreements. You will collaborate closely with homeowners and insurance providers to evaluate storm-related roof damage and propose effective restoration solutions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $41,600 with additional commission opportunities.
- Typical earnings for a Roofing Sales Representative at Modern Remodeling range from $80,000 to $130,000 annually.
- Majority of work is conducted in the field rather than at a desk.
- Flexible work hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various methods, including canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to identify storm damage.
- Offer clients tailored solutions for restoration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders in the Storm Restoration sector.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate roofing and siding materials for their projects.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients and insurance companies.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Keep accurate and current records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to climb ladders and access roofs is essential.
- Must present a professional appearance, be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in written communication and computer skills.
- Previous sales experience or familiarity with construction is preferred but not mandatory.
