Qualifications
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with 3+ years' clinical experience, preferably in home health or hospice care.
  • Master's degree from an AMA-accredited school.
  • Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State PA or NP License.
  • Active unencumbered DEA License for Georgia OR eligibility to obtain.
  • Ability to work in North Metro Atlanta area.
