Position Summary:

As a Technical Support Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical inquiries through various communication channels. This role demands a commitment to providing knowledgeable and effective support by engaging with customers through clear and empathetic communication.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and problem resolution via phone, email, or SMS
  • Set up customer devices and software for internet connectivity
  • Diagnose and address issues related to Sonic services, including connectivity, email, and web hosting
  • Work collaboratively with team members to investigate and resolve technical challenges
  • Address and resolve technical requests from staff to ensure operational efficiency
  • Deliver outstanding customer care consistently

Compensation:
