Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager to direct team members in assigned manufacturing areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing team leader responsibilities and supporting the Toyota Production System. The primary objectives include minimizing downtime, increasing productivity, and coordinating preventative maintenance activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Directs team members in assigned manufacturing areas to ensure smooth production operations
  • Supports the implementation of the Toyota Production System to minimize downtime and increase productivity
  • Cordinates preventative maintenance activities to maintain optimal equipment performance
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum three years of relevant maintenance experience required
Skill Requirements:
  • Skilled trades journeymen status or certification from trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship (preferred)
  • Experience in electrical systems, electronics, fabrication, hydraulics, injection molding, mechanical drives, pneumatics, robotics, stamping, welding, assembly, and conveyor systems
  • Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and troubleshooting skills
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas.
