Job Overview:
A4TD is a nationally recognized workforce development non-profit seeking a motivated professional to join our team as the Grants and Information Director. This key management role contributes to successful team building and leads important writing initiatives vital for A4TD's overall sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the organization in the composition and submission of grants and funding applications
• Prepare quarterly and annual grant reports
• Draft, modify and maintain company policies
• Develop communication strategies that reflect the organization's strategic vision
• Direct marketing and public relations efforts
• Manage content on the company website and promote company activities on all social media platforms
• Support Program staff to explore, cultivate and maintain relationships with local partners
• Assist with the on-boarding / off-boarding of professional staff, and other program personnel actions

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in English/writing, business, or related field
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in business, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to create and implement marketing plans and strategies
• Knowledge of best practices around recruitment and management of human capital
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Authorization to work in the USA required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with mature workers and culturally diverse populations
• Bilingual (Spanish)
