  • Expertly clean, portion, and prepare various proteins including fish, poultry, and beef according to the restaurant's high standards.
  • Engage in sausage production and other essential culinary tasks.
  • Execute additional preparation duties as assigned.
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of all ingredients.
  • Utilize techniques that minimize waste effectively.
  • Maintain exemplary sanitation standards and uphold cleanliness throughout the kitchen.


Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift weights of 50-60lbs when necessary.
  • Proficiently and safely operate all required kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an eight-hour shift, navigating all areas of the kitchen safely.

This position requires a proactive and motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Weekend availability is essential.
