Job Summary

Hanwha Impact Partners, a member of Hanwha Group, is seeking a Corporate Investment Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of projects and initiatives, including new deals search, target industry research, M&A deals support, portfolio management support, and internal reporting & communications support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Target Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on target industries, including market analysis and company research.
  • M&A Deals Support: Assist in the execution of M&A deals, including due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Portfolio Management Support: Provide support to investment directors in portfolio management, including investment reviews and portfolio monitoring.
  • Internal Reporting & Communications: Develop and maintain internal reports and communications to support investment decisions and portfolio management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience: In a strategy, business development or M&A group in the field of oil & gas, climate tech, energy transformation, biotech, or related industries.
  • Excellent research skills: With experience in market and company analysis.
  • Excellent financial modeling skills: And strong accounting background.
  • Team player: With experience working both in teams and as an individual contributor.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically: In a problem-solving environment.
  • Previous experience working in a multinational company: Preferred.
  • Bilingual in Korean/English: Preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scientific background in engineering: Or related scientific fields.
