As a key member of the Alternative Investments & Manager Selection Group, you will be responsible for conducting sourcing and due diligence of technology-focused private equity funds. You will also perform industry research to support sourcing, diligence, and investment monitoring, and provide portfolio updates and present investment views to AIMS' clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sourcing and due diligence of technology-focused private equity funds
Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee
Coordinate the execution of investments
Monitor the performance and risk profile of existing investments
Perform industry research to support sourcing, diligence, and investment monitoring
Provide portfolio updates and present investment views to AIMS' clients
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manager selection, corporate finance, M&A, leverage finance, private equity, or other private or public markets investing
Outstanding numerical and analytical skills for assessing investment opportunities
Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills for making robust recommendations to the Investment Committee
Excellent time, people, and project management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a global team
