About the Position

This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver exceptional care and support. Your expertise as a Certified Peer Specialist will be invaluable in facilitating effective communication and fostering a sense of community among clients. Your duties will include attending regular treatment team meetings, maintaining contact with referral sources, and preparing concurrent reviews for supervisor review. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely completion of medical record documentation, documenting all client contacts, and participating in peer record review processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require a strong foundation in human services, with a preference for an associate's degree in a related field. Your passion for helping others and commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism will be essential in delivering outstanding results. A valid driver's license and willingness to learn and grow are also highly valued attributes.
