Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial nursing assessments with new admissions and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications as prescribed and educate clients on proper use
  • Collaborate with medical staff to implement detox protocols and monitor client progress
  • Provide ongoing support and education to clients throughout their treatment journey

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license in the state of Virginia
  • 1 year of acute care or outpatient experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
