Abrazo West Campus is seeking a skilled Orthopedic Trauma Registered Nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with orthopedic and trauma injuries
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current Arizona RN license
- BSN degree or higher
- Minimum 2 years of experience in orthopedic or trauma nursing
- ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BSN degree
- Experience in CVICU or ICU
- Cardiac Stepdown experience
