We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN Med Surg Ortho Trauma Nurse to join our team at Abrazo West Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care planning with other disciplines
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare employees as needed
- Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines
- May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team
- Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona
- CPR certification
- ACLS certification as applicable by facility/department
- Preferred experience in acute care and certification in specialty area of practice
