Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (Matching, Batching, Coding) and Accounts Receivable (Billing and Cash Applications).
- Review and process credit card transactions, ensuring accurate entry into the financial system.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to enhance processes and ensure adherence to financial standards and regulations.
- Work alongside other departments to address accounting-related inquiries and provide financial insights as necessary.
- Assist in financial audits by preparing required documentation and responding to auditors' inquiries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounting position, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closing, reconciliations, and credit card processing.
- Strong numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
