Job Overview:
At Turnberry Associates, we value friendly, genuine, and caring individuals. We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to become a vital part of our exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests, addressing requests and adhering to established security and credit policies.
- Process guest check-outs, manage transactions, and ensure accurate posting of charges to accounts.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage hotel reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Utilize the computer system for room assignments and prepare daily operational reports.
- Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in hotel or front desk operations.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Hilton OnQ PMS.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
