Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Resident - ICU Stepdown

Cleveland Clinic's Mercy Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Resident to join our ICU Stepdown team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU Stepdown unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
  • New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
