  • Perform value engineering assessments to optimize project costs.
  • Manage multiple estimating tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Communicate estimates and budgets to clients, supplying necessary documentation to support the figures.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams as required.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in construction estimating.
