A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn, actively participating in field activities alongside experienced technicians while gaining valuable insights into the trade. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and training, you will develop essential skills in customer service, system installations, and maintenance tasks. Additionally, you will help maintain a clean and organized work environment by assisting with various responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Clear background check
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Availability for on-call schedule

While prior experience in the field is preferred, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. If you are motivated by hands-on work, teamwork, and effective communication, you may be an excellent fit for this entry-level position.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN ASSISTANT

The typical work schedule for our HVAC Technician Assistants is Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM, with participation in an on-call rotation.
