Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contractor Program Security Officer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing the industrial security program and security activities at a client accredited facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with intelligence community (IC), DoD government, and company security policies, requirements, and procedures.
  • Review and investigate non-compliance issues.
  • Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff.
  • Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees.
  • Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews.
  • Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with applying tailored, responsive multi-disciplined security support.
  • Experience with SCI administration.
  • Knowledge of personnel and physical security policies and regulations, including ICD 705 and Security Executive Agent Directives.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • HS diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer.
  • Knowledge of contract and acquisition security practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop and articulate focused solutions, and take independent action in an often ambiguous work environment.
  • Ability to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.
