Job Title: Security Officer - Cleared

At MSCCN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer - Cleared to join our team. As a Security Officer - Cleared, you will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, property, and information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality security services, ensuring the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
  • Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to ensure the protection of people, assets, and sensitive or classified information.
  • Greet guests and employees and escort visitors and contractors to secure entry and exit points.
  • Follow site-specific performance manuals and post orders, reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and oral communication to client and/or other security personnel.
  • Respond to and assess security alarms or emergency alarms and act as a first responder in emergency situations.
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Must possess a Department of Defense (DoD) position-appropriate level security clearance (national security eligibility determinations take into account a person's stability, trustworthiness, reliability, discretion, character, honesty, and judgment).
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • Must possess one or more of the following: Minimum of three (3) years of security experience on a Department of Defense-cleared site, prior military experience, effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service skills, and intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites.
