Compensation: Starting at $19.81 with shift differentials

Incentive: Up to $1,000 sign-on bonus

Position Summary:
Auburn Homes & Services is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our healthcare professionals to support residents in their daily activities and ensure they receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks
  • Administer prescribed medications and observe patient behavior
  • Measure and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to nursing staff
  • Document care provided in accordance with established protocols
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Carry out additional duties as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in caregiving
  • Strong communication and observational skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed
  • Familiarity with the Resident's Bill of Rights
