As a Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys with comprehensive case management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in pre-trial preparations, including the summarization of medical records, depositions, and employment documentation.
  • Conducting discovery work and managing various case-related tasks.
  • Maintaining exceptional organization and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • A paralegal certificate is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and document management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in trial preparation, including the organization of exhibits and witness materials.
  • Ability to process subpoenas and communicate with experts for material preparation.
  • Reliable attendance and a commitment to working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
