SourcePro Search is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in state, federal, and ITC court rules, as well as litigation procedures and discovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate complex litigation matters, including document review and production.
- Develop and implement effective discovery strategies.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management.
- Stay up-to-date on changing court rules and procedures.
- 4-year degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- 6+ years of litigation experience.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Strong Excel and database experience.
- Patent trial experience a plus.
