Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage job postings for new and existing positions across various platforms including ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Conduct resume evaluations to identify qualified candidates.
  • Facilitate and coordinate both in-person and phone interviews with potential hires.
  • Monitor and follow up on the status of interviews and background checks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s organizational structure and employment policies.
  • Prepare timely reports regarding employment activities.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and wage investigations.
  • Gather information from colleges for campus recruitment and job postings.
  • Organize and prepare for job fairs and orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in human resources is advantageous.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Bilingual in Japanese is a significant plus.
