Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Housekeeping Associates to become part of the Equinox family. This role is ideal for candidates eager to make a meaningful contribution within a vibrant and evolving organization located in a premier, luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club and exercise equipment while delivering exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
  • Ensure the sidewalk entrance and lobby areas are tidy and welcoming.
  • Thoroughly clean the locker room and replenish all necessary consumables.
  • Organize and maintain storage, laundry, exercise, and coat rooms.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of towels is available on the exercise floor.
  • Perform maintenance on all equipment as needed.
  • Receive and properly store all deliveries.
  • Assist with the execution of special events.
  • Alert the Housekeeping Manager regarding any rooms or equipment requiring immediate attention.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • A clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to service athletic equipment, along with experience using cleaning products and tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
