Job Overview:


The Housekeeping Team Leader is accountable for ensuring that the performance of the housekeeping staff aligns with the hotel's service standards.


Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms to ensure compliance with Omni's high cleanliness standards.

Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, ordering, receiving, payroll processing, reporting, and data analysis.

Supervise staff performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Report any maintenance issues in designated areas.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Address guest requests and complaints as needed.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in the hotel or related industry.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive and self-motivated individual.

Demonstrated leadership skills, including professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
