  • Take ownership of the practice by being a positive role model and leader, establishing strong relationships with patients, and resolving issues quickly
  • Lead a team with a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a strong focus on leadership and communication skills
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a dental office in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of dental office operations and procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
