Key Responsibilities- Manage office, provider, and staff schedules to ensure seamless access to dental care in a customer-centric environment
- Present treatment plans to patients, including financial options, and ensure schedules are fully booked
- Take ownership of the practice by being a positive role model and leader, establishing strong relationships with patients, and resolving issues quickly
- Lead a team with a minimum of 1 year of experience, with a strong focus on leadership and communication skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in a dental office in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of dental office operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Base salary plus monthly bonus potential, in a tobacco-free environment that supports our mission statement, "Healthier Practices, Healthier Patients."
