Core Responsibilities:
  • Organize and delegate daily tasks to crew members.
  • Provide on-site training and guidance to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee crew performance and conduct safety briefings.
  • Foster positive customer relations and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Inspect and care for equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the line clearance sector.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously and adapt to field demands.
  • Must be able to operate company vehicles and work at elevated heights.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to perform various physical activities.
  • Must endure exposure to outdoor conditions.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment.
  • Must communicate effectively and manage conflicts.
