Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor: Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate daily with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Board-Certified Behavior Therapists, and other experts to provide comprehensive care for our clients.
- Clinical Mastery: Organize, design, and oversee all clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children, developing expertise in crafting treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical expertise and leadership skills.
- Clinical Autonomy: Use your preferred assessments and programs to craft unique treatment plans and programming, ensuring families understand and benefit from your expert advice.

- You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- You have prior experience conducting functional behavior assessments to identify the strengths and needs of each client.
