Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians, implementing and overseeing protocols.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other experts to provide comprehensive care.
  • Design and oversee clinical aspects for a diverse caseload of children, developing expertise in treatment protocols, behavior reduction systems, and data collection systems.
  • Provide training, management, and mentorship to new therapists, ensuring a smooth transition into our team.
