**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular, Thoracic Telemetry unit at Baptist Health, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services.

**About the Role:

  • Assume responsibility for implementing professional nursing practice, prioritizing patient-centered care, and promoting a culture of safety and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify areas for improvement, and develop evidence-based plans to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care transitions, optimize resource utilization, and minimize delays.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health literacy, self-management skills, and adherence to treatment plans.

**Requirements:**

  • Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
  • Basic life support, ACLS/PALS/NRP, and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required.
