Patient Access Coordinator for Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics

We are a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic with multiple locations in Hawaii. We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our team as a Patient Access Representative.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and check them in efficiently
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Schedule patient appointments using our integrated EHR system
- Verify benefits and submit authorizations
- Manage electronic files and maintain a clean waiting area
- Collect and update patient information
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
We are looking for individuals with experience in customer service, insurance authorization, billing, or other relevant fields. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
