Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and personable individual to join our front office team as a Patient Access Representative. This role is responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and check them in
- Answer incoming phones and route calls
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Schedule patient appointments on our integrated EHR system
- Check benefits and submit authorizations
- Create and maintain electronic files
- Maintain a neat and friendly waiting area
- Collect and update patient information
- Collect and log payments
