We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Brookdale McMinnville Twn Ctr. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets visitors, answers questions, and ensures visitors sign guest sheets
  • Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming and outgoing mail and performs basic office functions
  • Responds to resident emergencies by calling internal and external parties as needed
