About the Role

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 months, requiring a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days on-site in Seattle, Washington and 2 days remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing designs and managing assigned project teams for clients across various sectors, including Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee designs and manage project teams for clients across multiple sectors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in the Electrical Industry
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in using Revit and understanding of AutoCAD and Bluebeam
  • Experience working on projects from concept to completion
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
