Job Summary

The Revenue Operations Business Analyst will collaborate with the National Director of Revenue Cycle Systems to identify and implement process improvements that drive business growth and increase company profit. This role involves analyzing Revenue Operations work processes, identifying areas for optimization, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Revenue Operations work processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop new processes to increase productivity.
  • Assess information systems to optimize automation and document changes to processes.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to implement and train proposed changes.
  • Perform financial analysis to determine present and future performance resulting from operational or system changes.
  • Document all data and findings to track and verify outcomes from changes to workflows or system automation.
  • Communicate results and present business recommendations to stakeholders, including cost reduction measures, collection optimization ideas, and processes to increase customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Accounting.
  • Strong quantitative abilities and SQL experience.
  • Some practical experience as a data or financial analyst.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
  • Effective organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows-based office technologies, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence design and tools.
