We also serve as legal advisors for a variety of transactions, including real estate dealings, financing arrangements, and joint ventures, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in corporate law, real estate, or transactional law.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
  • Must possess a J.D. from an accredited law institution and maintain good standing with the California State Bar.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A collaborative and supportive work atmosphere that promotes individualized mentorship.
  • Encouragement for professional growth and involvement in community initiatives.
  • Reasonable annual minimum hours expectation.
  • Competitive salary range for attorneys with three to five years of experience is between $175,000 and $190,500.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus if minimum hours are surpassed.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
