Job Summary

The Human Services Graduate Assistant will dedicate 50% of their time to managing the Swipe Ahead program, which involves monitoring survey data in Qualtrics, compiling a spreadsheet of new applicants, and sending names and ID numbers to our contact at Aramark for meal swipe loading. The GA will also maintain records of applications and reach out to students who may apply more than once to assess their situation and refer them to the BBP director for further discussion.

In addition to Swipe Ahead management, the GA will spend the remaining 50% of their time collaborating with the pantry director on programs, assisting with tabling and events, and occasionally supporting daily pantry operations.

This position is available until filled and offers Federal Work-Study eligibility for those who qualify.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in social work, community work, education, or a related human services field is preferred. Relevant experience in customer service, application processing, and data review is also beneficial.

Estimated Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
