Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Patient Registration team at R1 RCM Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, collecting accurate information, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless registration processes, and provide a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Collect patient and insurance information accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their concerns and answering their questions
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple screens and programs
  • Build rapport with patients, listening to their concerns and addressing their needs
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless registration processes

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail
