Shift: Varying Shifts
Weekly Hours: 20
Summary of DutiesThis role is essential for delivering high-quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging services, utilizing advanced technical skills while ensuring exceptional patient care. The specialist will cater to a diverse patient demographic, from neonates to adults, managing cases that range from stable outpatients to critically ill individuals requiring comprehensive life support.
QualificationsEducation:
- Completion of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
- 2-3 years of experience in MRI preferred; experience with pediatric patients is advantageous
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and proficiency in cross-sectional anatomy
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to manage high-stress situations in critical care environments
Certification and Licensure:
- Must possess one of the following:
- ARRT (RT) (MRI) with TMB Licensure within 90 days
- ARRT (MR) without TMB requirement
- ARMRIT without TMB requirement
- Current BLS Certification is required
