Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Envision Radiology. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures with precision and accuracy, ensuring the highest quality images for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with patients to gather medical history and provide clear instructions and explanations of procedures.
  • Review patient charts for missed clinical information and screen patients for surgical and other implants, contrast allergies, etc.
  • Obtain prior films/exams as needed and perform high-quality scans to submit to the Radiologist for review.
  • Transfer images to other locations as needed and coordinate scan protocols with Radiologists.
  • Maintain and regularly inspect equipment, reporting any quality concerns or equipment failures.
Requirements
  • Two plus years' experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) - preferred.
  • Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a problem solver with strong communication skills.
  • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification with Registry in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or current American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) certification.
