As a Senior SEC Reporting Specialist at Synopsys, you will be responsible for enhancing and executing our SEC reporting process, managing data gathering, review, and compiling information for US GAAP/SEC disclosures in Form 10-Q/K filings and other US SEC regulatory filings.

You will also perform review and support Investor Relations in the preparation and completion of quarterly earnings release materials.

Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and report quality, and have significant interaction and communication with senior executives.

At least five years of progressive experience in public accounting, including experience preparing and/or reviewing financial statements and related footnote disclosures.

"Big 4" experience is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Commitment to take full ownership and accountability of his/her area of responsibility.

Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment.

Must be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Competency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and WDesk (Workiva) SEC reporting applications experience is a plus.

CPA required.

The base salary range for this role is between $105,000 - $157,000.

In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
