Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Client Relationships to join our team at JM Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and fostering relationships with Private Equity firms, driving business growth and contributing to our continued success.

Responsibilities:

This role requires a results-driven individual who can proactively engage in networking activities, including industry events, conferences, and professional associations, to build and expand contacts within the Private Equity sector and related industries.

  • Foster connections with industry leaders and executives, understanding their needs, challenges, and market trends to effectively position JM Search's services and offerings.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with the company's objectives, conducting thorough research and analysis to identify potential clients.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to propose bespoke solutions that align with the unique requirements of each client, showcasing JM Search's capabilities and value proposition.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account development, business development, and complex relationship management, with a focus on the Private Equity sector.

  • Strong network and established relationships with key stakeholders within PE firms.
  • Results-driven approach with a history of reaching business development quotas and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional process management skills and proficiency in providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
