Heavy Equipment Foreman

Fisher Industries is seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Foreman to lead our crushing plant operations in New Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a work crew, inspecting and maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a foreman or supervisor of construction crusher crews, with a strong background in heavy equipment operation and maintenance. A valid M.S.H.A. 5000-23 certificate and a good understanding of Gradations and mechanical knowledge of equipment are essential requirements. Additionally, fluency in Apple products and basic computer skills in Excel and Word are necessary for this role. Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
