Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $18.25 - $24.00 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour for overtime, and comprehensive benefits including a 60% child care discount, 401(k) program with company match, paid time off, and health insurance.
Job Responsibilities- Create a nurturing environment that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in children.
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities that cater to children's interests and learning styles, aligning with NAEYC guidelines.
- Mentor Teachers and Assistant Teachers, promoting excellence in early childhood education and ensuring consistency in quality services.
- Build strong relationships with families, fostering open communication and creating personalized plans that meet their child's unique needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or equivalent certification (CDA or EEC State of MA Teacher certification).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed child care facility, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence in early childhood education.
