Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Blair Family Solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively with children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct behavioral interventions and teach client-specific skills to support mental health goals.
  • Maintain a collaborative relationship with parents/guardians of each client.
  • Collect and update data related to clients' records.
  • Implement individualized crisis plans for each client and family.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • All necessary child abuse clearances (PA Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and Federal Criminal History Clearance).
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance with 100/300/50 coverage.
Benefits
  • $17.50-$19.00 per hour.
  • $1500 sign on bonus.
  • 3 weeks of accrued personal PTO.
  • 80 hours of school-based PTO.
