Job Title: Aftermarket Dispatch Coordinator

Factory Cleaning Equipment by Jon-Don LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftermarket Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our systems, procedures, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of work orders and dispatching internal resources
  • Reviewing work orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Managing a personal and shared email account for customer requests
  • Managing assigned reports and submitting completed work for billing
  • Communicating with customers on repairs and parts availability
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive service and PM volume
  • Updating customers on job status and upselling other FCE product offerings
  • Maintaining accuracy of date for internal and external company assets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered
  • General understanding of dispatch processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent computer skills and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
