LPN - Behavioral Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As an LPN, you will work one-on-one with an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing person-centered care and implementing individualized plans to promote independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
* Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
* Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements:
* Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
* Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
* Current BLS CPR card.
